Rulic ("we", "us") provides checkout configuration infrastructure for Shopify Plus stores. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and platform, and how it's used, while we're in early access. It will be expanded as the product moves to general availability.

We collect the minimum needed to operate the site and platform:

• Contact details you submit voluntarily — such as your email address via the waitlist or strategy call forms.
• Basic usage and diagnostic data needed to keep the site and platform running.
• Store and rule configuration data you create inside the Rulic platform, once you have access.

How we use it

• To respond to early access requests and strategy call bookings.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
• To send product updates related to early access — you can opt out at any time.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting and email delivery) strictly to operate the service, under their own confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
