Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Rulic website or platform, you agree to these terms. Rulic is currently in early access — features, pricing, and these terms may change as the product moves toward general availability.

Early access

The platform is provided "as is" during early access, without warranty of any kind. You're responsible for testing rule configurations in a development store before deploying to a live checkout.

Acceptable use

• You will not use Rulic to violate Shopify's terms of service or applicable law.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without written permission.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the rules and configurations you deploy.

Your data and configurations

Rule configurations you create remain yours. You may export them as JSON at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rulic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including checkout misconfigurations caused by user-created rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves out of early access. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
